Considering network options

I see that the network sandbox is enabled by default. But should I actually ask to run network commands? The harness indicates there are approvals needed if something goes wrong, and that the network is enabled. However, there isn't a generic browser available. I could potentially use curl to check a known site, but that feels a bit messy. It might be best to wait for user guidance on this. Let's keep things simple!
